My son is currently in an alcohol detox and recovery facility (not his first). Although he had been functional when he started to drink, the death oh his mom and best friend (2 weeks later) sent him into a tailspin from which he hasn’t been able to recover. He has committed his life to Christ at an early age, received a Christian education and was raised in a Christ-centered family. Please pray for him to accept God’s power to break the chains!

Please pray for the Weaver family and extended family. A sweet lady, Carol, from back home very suddenly passed away Sunday night. Her husband heard her call out as she was going to bed and by the time he got to her she was gone. She leaves behind a husband, 2 daughters and sons-in-law and many grandchildren including my great-niece who is married to her grandson. They are all in shock but they know she is with the Lord!

Neighbor just called asking for prayers for her nephew’s wife, Aleah.
She was life flighted to Danville this morning.
He woke up to her sounding like she was drowning while sleeping.
Possible heart issue that’s causing her lungs to fill with fluid.
No prior heart issues they are aware of.
They have a new baby that’s only a few weeks old.

Please pray for our daughter in law Mary who is 2 years post heart transplant. She has a respiratory infection that she has had for about 4 weeks and isn’t getting better. She also broke a rib from coughing. They have 9 year old twins and our son Jonathan is emotionally worn out. It is also hard for the children.

Please pray for a young lady named Jen. She had shingles in her right ear at the end of July. It caused the right side of her face to freeze. She has been dealing with extreme fatigue, unsteadiness on her feet, and a very very slow recovery process. She is a home school mom to a 7th and 5th grader. Continue to pray for Jimmy Hand, our daughter in law’s father. After initial health concerns, he had surgery to clean out urinary system, & given antibiotics for month. He has declined over this month, depressed, not eating or moving around. Has an abscess in his pelvic area, & will meet with doctors Monday. Pray for healing, encouragement, eating, & moving for Jimmy, if this is God’s will. Pray for his wife Carla who recently lost her father.
